Job Description:
The Health Marketing Liaison is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic marketing and sales plan to meet revenue and census goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the strategic marketing and sales plan and goals.
- Develop service referrals by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with referral sources including physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospital case managers and discharge planners and other potential referral sources. Identify and develop new sources of referrals continually.
- Continuously analyze the service area, competition, regulatory and payor environment for opportunities to improve the marketing strategy and increase referral sources.
- Maintains current knowledge of Health Medicare regulations and guidelines.
- Other duties may be assigned in relation to patient experience and customer service.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, healthcare or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-2 years of Home Health experience is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and public relations skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, referral sources, and the community.
- Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices.
- Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
- Healthcare background preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $69,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
