Duration: 2 months contract role (with possible extension)
Responsibilities:
- Outreach to members across Medicare business lines to discuss closing their gaps in care
- Respond to any follow-up calls or emails from members or providers on the outreach effort
- Support members with scheduling PCP appointments and if necessary, other specialist appointments (as requested)
- Manage outreach spreadsheets in Excel–clearly documenting efforts and reporting to management on a regular basis
- Other Star-related and administrative responsibilities as deemed necessary
Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of experience in a Healthcare/ Managed care setting.
· Strong experience in Excel – managing spreadsheets in Excel
· Telephone Etiquette experience required
· Customer Support experience
