Summary of Duties: The Project Manager, Engineering Support will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating project management activities within the engineering department to support a wide range of engineering projects. This role will utilize foundational technical knowledge and robust project management skills to ensure successful project execution under the guidance of senior leadership. Key Duties Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop and refine project scopes, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical requirements. Assist in the planning, tracking, resourcing, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Develop and maintain project documentation and management tools to monitor progress, including risk management strategies and project schedules. Serve as a liaison between engineering and other departments, enhancing cross-functional communications and project alignment. Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting potential issues and suggesting mitigative actions. Additional Responsibilities Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and mission statement. Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within company policies, ensuring data integrity and security. Skills: Background Required Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within a technical or engineering environment. Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale projects effectively. Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, and Visio. Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex engineering processes and systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Background Preferred Experience working in a SaaS-based organization. Relevant experience in healthcare or biomedical engineering. Education: BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field is required. Project management certification such as CAPM (PMI), PMP, or equivalent is preferred.
