Job Description:+ Scanning, organizing, and filing of hard copy and electronic records.+ Maintenance of physical records, both on and offsite.+ Assist Manager of Document Control and Training with maintaining Quality Management System Records.+ Administration of company change control processes and activities+ Create reports on change orders, product requests, and quality processes.Preferred Skills & Qualifications:+ Knowledge of HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare, Insurance and FDCPA is a plus+ Superior mathematical skills that include advanced accounting skills (i.e., Invoicing and processing of statements).+ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel+ 1+ years of administrative experienceHoursMonday - Friday 8am-5pmThis is a full-time opportunity with a reputable company!
