Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician - LHH : Job Details

A well established and well reputable HVAC services firm in North & Central NJ is growing and seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and residential customers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and offer solutions
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters and checking refrigerant levels
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on installations or repairs
• Advance expertise in refrigeration systems and property maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

• Certification from an accredited HVAC program
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various tools and equipment
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and boilers
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
• Proficiency in using tools like ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration is a plus
• Ability to plumb and perform appliance repairs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to Drive and have a Valid NJ Driver's License
