Pay Range: $60K to $80K per annum

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Estimator located in Sterling, VA. The HVAC Estimator will be responsible for assessing project requirements, estimating costs for HVAC systems, managing projects, and overseeing budgeting for HVAC and piping projects.

Qualifications

• Plumbing, HVAC, and Piping skills
• Project Management and Budgeting experience
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of HVAC industry standards and regulations
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC certification, Piping license

Pay Range: $60K to $80K per annum

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
