• Lead and supervise heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage daily operations on the job site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on utilities and excavation.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
