POSITION SUMMARY Heavy Duty Cleaner is responsible to support the Lead Steward and Steward Supervisor in the successful cleaning and sanitation of restaurant operations at Indiana Grand Racing & Casino. Position will be engaged in the safe and efficient cleaning, of ovens, stoves, kettles, steamers, etc, in restaurant kitchens, as well as other duties as assigned.
