We service a modern fleet which includes: 350 Power Units that run 30 million miles per year, 217 Reefer trailers, 145 Petroleum tankers, 11 straight trucks, 18 yard spotters, 140 shuttle trailers, 310 company automobiles, as well as, providing service work for external fleets. We are currently looking for additional Technicians to service and maintain our Fleet that operates 24/7/365

• Work Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday, day and evening hours available, some weekends and holidays
  • Must be willing to work long hours when necessary
  • Must be willing to travel for training or road call activities

• Qualifications:
  • Diesel / Heavy Equipment Maintenance degree or 2 plus years of relevant work experience
  • Possess class A CDL or the ability to obtain one
  • Ability to supply your own hand tools
  • High level of customer service
  • Accurate / detail orientated
  • Basic math aptitude
  • Read / understand / interpret numbers
  • Read / follow directions
  • Work well alone and as part of team
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Work in a noisy environment
  • Work in a variety of environmental conditions occasionally
  • Work in a safety conscious environment
  • Prior experience with refrigerant recovery, confined space training or tanker regulations is a plus
  • Thermo King / Carrier experience is also a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Candidate must be willing to live in close proximity to Madison, WI

• Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections on semi-tractors / trailers
  • General maintenance of equipment and component replacement

• Physical qualifications:
  • Stand / walk up to 12 hours per shift; bend / reach / twist / stoop frequently; lift / carry 100 pounds to waist level occasionally; push / pull 100 pounds of force.
