Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demolition work. Candidates must have proficiency in operating 200 and 300 series excavators, track loaders, and skid steers This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical operations, safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key Qualifications: Proven track record of safe, efficient operation of heavy equipment Ability to work diligently and complete tasks on time Minimum 3 years of experience in demolition (required) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Valid driver's license (required) Must pass a drug test and background check Dependability and reliability are essential Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and skid steers to perform tasks related to demolition and excavation. Collaborate with team members and complete projects according to specifications. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while operating machinery to prevent accidents and injuries. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members regarding project progress and equipment needs. Preferred Certifications: OSHA 10, OSHA 30, or HAZWOPER certifications are a plus.
