• Ensure the safety, performance, and reliability of our heavy equipment, keeping it ready for our valued customers.
• Become an expert in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics, ensuring peak performance of our fleet.
• Work with cutting-edge diagnostic tools to identify and repair issues on both gas and diesel-powered vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including tire replacements, lubrication, and servicing electrical and cooling systems.
• Document your work accurately, adhering to our detailed procedures.
• Receive hands-on mentoring and specialized training from experienced technicians to advance your career.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and gain diverse experience.

What We're Looking For:

• A valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Hands-on mechanical experience, with knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices (1-2 years preferred)
• A strong willingness to learn and a passion for heavy equipment
• A great work ethic with a proactive, can-do attitude—someone who's ready to tackle challenges head-on!

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach.
• Must be able to lift and move more than 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Must be able to get into and out of various vehicles without assistance.
• Must be able to work comfortably in outdoor conditions, regardless of the weather.
• Must pass a DOT physical including drug screening.
