POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Healthcare team is seeking an Analyst who will support the research efforts of one of our Healthcare Portfolio Managers. The ideal candidate will have robust professional experience building financial models for primarily commercial-stage therapeutics companies, collecting and analyzing data relating to the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry and a demonstrated passion for equity investing. The Analyst will report directly to the PM and will have the opportunity to learn the tools necessary to succeed as an investor in this space. The Analyst will also work closely with other investment professionals on the team and within the broader organization, upholding the firm's culture of collaboration across teams. The successful candidate can expect a great deal of responsibility, exposure and ownership from day-one and will play a key role in the investment process from start to finish. The successful Analyst will have the opportunity to take on as much responsibility as is desired and, with demonstrated strong performance, will have the opportunity for professional development and advancement within the firm.

The Firm offers a total compensation package that includes a base salary and discretionary performance-related bonus, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Consistent with New York City's Pay Transparency Law, the currently anticipated base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $200,000, which is specific to New York City and New York State. When crafting an offer of employment and total compensation package for candidates, the Firm may incorporate a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, an individual's experience level and qualifications.
