Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in the manufacturing industry, based in TARRYTOWN, New York. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and is centered on providing technical support to our end users. As a Help Desk Analyst II, you will be instrumental in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and performing networking tasks.Responsibilities:- Diagnose and resolve intricate hardware and software issues to maintain productivity- Manage and maintain user accounts, ensuring correct access and security- Carry out networking tasks, including the configuration and management of network devices- Offer support for C-suite executives, ensuring their tech needs are met promptly and efficiently- Utilize ticketing system Zendesk to track, prioritize, and resolve support requests- Develop proficiency in technologies such as Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, Azure, and Intune- Support a variety of devices, including Android, Apple, and Mac computers- Implement configuration management and deployment strategies to streamline processes- Leverage skills in Microsoft and Active Directory for daily operations- Stay up-to-date with advancements in Cisco and Citrix technologies to provide informed solutions.
