Help Desk Coordinator, DSG - Watchfire Signs LLC : Job Details

SummaryOur true differentiator in the market is exceptional customer service. Our help desk team is at the core of this promise. This is not a customer service CSR role in the traditional sense. The Help Desk Coordinator will work closely with our Account Management, Territory Managers, & Digital Support Group (DSG) to help maintain positive and consistent contact with our customers. Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer support promptly, with a focus on quality interactions with customers
• Liase with sales and service to offer consistent updates via phone or email to customers with ongoing service needs or issues
• Maintain detailed customer records in Customer Service database regarding each call & email.
• Work with established service providers to schedule service trips. Assist in finding new service providers when necessary
• Light admin duties (i.e., data entry, invoice approval, warranty renewals)

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Basic understanding of electronics - including college coursework - preferred.
• Previous customer service work experience is strongly recommended
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong empathy for customers, gain satisfaction from helping others succeed.
• Bilingual Spanish a PLUS, but not required

Required Education and Licensing

• High school diploma is required
• Associate degree or sufficient, relevant experience considered
