Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage IT support for both PC and Mac systems, printers, networks, and televisions.
  • Handle IT helpdesk operations, ensuring prompt response and resolution of tickets from our client's clinics and headquarters.
  • Coordinate IT setup for new hires and manage IT requirements during employee offboarding.
  • Oversee computer repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Provide strategic insights for optimal IT infrastructure development.
  • Evaluate, formalize, and automate IT processes, including onboarding/offboarding and helpdesk ticketing.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in managing both PC and Mac systems.
  • Experience in handling IT helpdesk operations.
  • Ability to manage IT requirements during onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Skills in computer repair and replacement.
  • Strategic thinking for IT infrastructure development.
