Hybrid (3 day onsite, 2 work from home) in downtown Austin, TX
First 2 weeks will be fully onsite for training
This position is a 40-hour/week contract role responsible for providing tech support through phone and web portal requests. You will be responsible for taking calls, creating and managing detailed tickets, and following up on tickets for multiple retail locations throughout the country.
