The Help Desk Support Specialist's purpose is to uphold the highest level of security while performing tasks to keep Talk To Me Technologies' computer network up to date and running smoothly. This position coordinates with every TTMT team member as needed while supporting and regulating access to internal and external database tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up new employees in Microsoft 365, VoIP, CRM, and other systems.
- Maintain hardware inventory and provide IT support for phones, printers, and software.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and document help desk processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve IT issues.
- Track support activities in the CRM system and participate in regular check-ins with management.
Key Skills:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, VoIP systems, CRM platforms, and various software tools (e.g., RingCentral, Converge, AdobeSign).
- IT Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with hardware (computers, phones, printers) and software effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to assist employees, collaborate with departments, and coordinate with external partners like Locknet.
- Organizational Skills: Managing inventory, documenting processes, and keeping CRM notes up to date.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in setup, documentation, and compliance adherence.
