Support Desk Specialist (Hybrid - Charlotte, NC):

Optomi, in partnership with a leader in telecommunications industry, is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist for a hybrid role in Charlotte, NC. The right candidate will be responsible for alerting, ticketing, and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly!

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

• Monitor alerts to ensure timely responses.
• Manage tickets effectively to track and resolve issues.
• Maintain optimal system performance.
• Communicate with individuals via email and phone to assist in resolving requests.

Experience of the right candidate:

• Exceptional customer service experience.
• Experience with ticketing systems, preferably Jira
• Willingness and eagerness to learn
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in IT support.
