Role Overview
We are seeking an Inbound Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance remotely. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, support system functionality, and maintain accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound requests professionally and efficiently, delivering solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
- Troubleshoot technical systems, including pharmacy systems, networks, hardware, and applications.
- Assist with adjudication and system-level resolutions for seamless service.
- Accurately log all customer interactions in the Call Tracking System with clear, detailed notes.
- Communicate effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a positive customer experience.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service, preferably in a call center or technical support role.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic proficiency in computers, with a foundational understanding of networks, routers, VPNs, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently while managing multiple priorities.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and time-management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Adaptability: Availability to work flexible shifts, including on-call hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Windows systems (Windows 7/XP) and application troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SAP systems or similar enterprise applications.
- Pharmacy Technician experience (preferred but not required).
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish (preferred, with additional compensation).
