As a Help Desk Technician at Avis Home Solutions, you will be the first point of contact for technical support inquiries, providing assistance to both internal teams and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, diagnosing network problems, and ensuring timely solutions for any technical challenges.
