Description: Desk top support of all customer locations. 60% working from the East Main Street location and 40% at the branches. Setting up computers, troubleshooting printers and copiers.
- They have a ticketing system where some issues can be solved remotely and some need to be seen in person.
- They support Windows 7, 10, Office 65 software
- basic networking experience is a plus
- A+ certification is mandatory
- Person needs to be self managing
- having Cisco VPN a plus
- Use of remote access software
