Title: Help Desk Technician

Job Duties: The Help Desk Technician assists the Help Desk manager by providing end user IT support to Crestwood employees. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries to provide technical support as first point of contact for resolution of problems pertaining to all automated systems within the Crestwood Group.

Schedule: Full-Time

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT Help Desk operations.

* Must possess a high school diploma or GED.

* Experience with ManageEngine Service Desk tools, or other similar help desk software.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$26-$32.50 USD
