eNGINE is hiring a Help Desk Technician for a client in the retail sector. This individual will be supporting internal users on software and hardware related issues. They will provide remote and deskside IT support. The Help Desk Technician will support technologies such as Active Directory, O365, printers, PC's, and more. An internship or 6 months of experience is highly preferred. Candidates must be local to the Pittsburgh area and be available to work on-site. Must have a valid drivers license. No C2C or sponsorship are available for this role.
