ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY As a potential Help Desk/User Support, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team of professionals in support of a client at the Pentagon. This potential role will be critical in responding to user inquires and assisting with application support requests/support tickets according to the terms set by the Contractor Team. SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: - Work independently, under close supervision, prioritizing your work effectively.
- You will be responsible for responding to user support emails, online chats, phone calls, and/or personal interactions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Be able to guide users through resolving issues or helping them to understand general functionality in a clear and concise manner.
- Help with trouble shooting issues that are found directly in Production environments and offer solutions.
- Communicate all customer feedback to leadership that is pertinent to the program and our contract.
- Following team processes as well as have a general understanding of the Agile Scrum methodology and where your role fits.
- Continuously self-improve and stay current on best practices for production support processes.
- Participates in sprints, backlog grooming, estimation, and other Agile Scrum ceremonies when applicable.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) - Business Information Systems, Mathematics or similar analytical field is a plus.
- Desire to work in an Agile environment where priorities and deadlines may change regularly.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to perform onsite support at the Pentagon during peak activity timeframes (~3-4x/week) and non-peak activity timeframes (~1-2x/week) as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Candidates must be U.S. Citizens, plus have the ability to obtain a secret clearance investigation in a timely manner.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience with Production Support/Help Desk Support.
- Experience with working directly with end users or customers.
- Experience with Agile methodology.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position.
