This position involves managing incoming calls to our support line and delivering compassionate, empathetic responses to those in need. You will be the first point of contact for individuals reaching out for help, making a positive impact on their lives from the moment you answer the phone. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health issues and will be equipped with the skills to actively listen, assess situations, and provide appropriate resources or referrals. - Answer incoming calls on the help line in a timely and professional manner.

- Document calls and maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with mental health professionals to ensure callers receive appropriate care and support.
- Educate callers about mental health resources available within the community.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a mental health or crisis intervention role is a plus.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Familiarity with mental health resources and services in the community.
- Demonstrated empathy and compassion towards individuals in distress.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for documentation.
