Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email Provide accurate information on IT products or services Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques Setup of user accounts and client PCs or Terminal. Provide support for Office 365 Exchange environment Pass on any feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team member(s) Recommend procedure modification or improvements Some administration of cloud based servers and services. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or two years' experience providing helpdesk support and Network administration Knowledge of Active Directory , GPO and basic Lan and TCP/IP skills Ability to manage user requests and tickets.
