Job Description :

Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email Provide accurate information on IT products or services Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques Setup of user accounts and client PCs or Terminal. Provide support for Office 365 Exchange environment Pass on any feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team member(s) Recommend procedure modification or improvements Some administration of cloud based servers and services. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or two years' experience providing helpdesk support and Network administration Knowledge of Active Directory , GPO and basic Lan and TCP/IP skills Ability to manage user requests and tickets. Proven experience as a help desk technician or similar customer support role Working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Customer-oriented and cool-tempered Must have desire to learn new skills Must have good communication skills Must be able to work in a team environment Location: 201 Executive Center Dr Suite 100 Columbia, SC 29010 Benefits: Full-time employment Starting annual base salary will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications Annual bonus target of 10% of base salary as part of our companywide bonus program which is paid out quarterly Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401-K plan with matching contributions Stock Purchase Plan Paid time-off
