Insight Global is hiring a remote helpdesk tech for a healthcare client to provide tier 1 and tier 2 remote support for internal employees. Must have experience troubleshooting macs, working with SSO integrations and google suite. Ideal Candidate will live/work remotely in Mountain Time covering 9am-5pm MT Mon to Friday. Day to day will include:- Support trouble shooting technology related issues for remote and in office work force members- Triage tickets from start to finish, including escalating for additional support- Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles for standard operating procedures- Provide technical support to employees (typically OS and application issues)- Provide support for small to medium form at virtual meetings utilizing Zoom Meetings and Webinars- Managing IAM tools, ensuring proper documentation of access and assisting with account audits- Determine best practices and refines internal processes to increase productivity- Actively monitor Service queue ensuring SLAs are not breached and Metric goals are achieved- Participate in cross team and functional meetings, projects and initiatives providing meaningful feedback and updating key stake holders in a timely mannerWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
