Insight Global is seeking a Helpdesk tech for one of their simulation software engineering companies. This person will be sitting onsite in the Lebanon location. Main focus is a hardware cleanup specifically with asset management while doing some onsite ticketing work within ServiceNow. Responsibilities will include Provide tier-1 and tier-2 support to the end user either physically or through remote support tools Manage, create, respond to, and resolve Incidents and Service Requests adhering to pre-defined processes and SLA End User Support Adhere to documented Asset Management procedures and maintain accurate records in the CMDB Troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Office tools including O365 and MS Teams Configuration and troubleshooting of basic issues related to (but not limited to) virtual machines, networks / network protocols, and Windows File SharesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
