Roles and Responsibilities:Maintain a clean, orderly and safe environment. Understand proper grinding and buffing procedures. Responsible for quality of produced parts: check for end face, surface finish, broken inserts, steps in threads, etc.Responsible for and the authority to maintain and promote a safe working environment in accordance with the appropriate HSE procedure(s).Responsible for and the authority to generate Non-compliance reports, corrective action and /or preventative actions in accordance with the appropriate operating procedure(s).Assist operator in all aspects of production.Know how to operate forklifts to load and unload pipe from production racks.Confirm serial numbers from production order and assist operator in assuring proper connection is machined on each joint.Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment.Understand proper grinding and buffing procedures.Responsible for quality of produced parts: check for end face, surface finish, broken inserts, steps in threads, etc.Actively involved in improving production performance, product quality, and safety.Responsible for prompt reliable attendance.Understand company principles and goals.Other duties as defined.Qualifications and Education Requirements:* EDUCATION: MINIMUM HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED*WORKING HOURS: ROTATIONAL 12 HOUR SHIFTS.
