Salesforce's Heroku Professional Services: We seek experienced strategic architect leaders with shown success who can lead our customers to transform business, operations, and technology to drive business outcomes for our largest customers. As trusted advisors, these architects will cultivate and oversee executive customer relationships and delivery of transformative programs with our most strategic customers, partners, and business delivery leaders. They will be responsible for overseeing adoption and consumption of our technology, building and leading customer relationships, CSAT, and service delivery, in concert with account leadership.

Responsibilities:

Support GTM Partners
  • Actively participate in the pursuit process in support of Services Sellers for our large scale deals, working cross-functionally within Salesforce.
  • Enable and meet with our partners to ensure one 'opinionated' Heroku message is delivered to our customers.
  • Support ground-breaking changes needed to achieve the customers' objectives.
  • Ensure the technical architecture is optimized to achieve the most elegant client solution.
  • Work hand in hand with internal teams to develop and lead strategy and drive customer adoption initiatives.
Foster Delivery Excellence
  • Accountable for supervising the solution and technical architecture of our most sophisticated/large customers.
  • Identify and mitigate architectural risks associated with projects.
  • Lead the architecture and design of complex Heroku projects for clients.
  • Provide architectural guidance and support to project teams.
  • Advise customers on the overall enterprise architecture.
Internal Growth & Operational Excellence
  • Lead, inspire, coach, and develop other Heroku Professional Services team members.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and trends.
  • Collaborate across teams to build and drive solution POVs.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience leading enterprise-level technology transformation programs.
  • 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in professional services.
  • 10+ years of experience leading, managing, coaching, and developing staff.
  • 8+ years of experience with PAAS, Cloud and cloud based technologies.
  • Experience working with customers to understand and solve their most pressing business challenges.
  • Significant experience leading C-suite relationships at customers.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Travel up to 50%.
