We have immediate work available this week for experienced HHAs. Some overnights annd 12-hour days shifts.

Responsibilities: As a Certified Home Health Aide with SYNERGY HomeCare of Bradenton, you will have opportunities to:

Bring wholehearted, life-energizing care to as many people as possible - on their own terms, in their own homes.

Provide Certified Care with competent and safe routine transfer assistance (including using a Hoyer lift), memory care, behavior de-escalation, sensory stimulation, and incontinence care.

Provide Personal Care with compassionate and sensitive toileting, showering, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance. As well as medication reminders, exercise and mobility assistance, and fall prevention.

Provide Companionship and Light Housekeeping, which may include social engagement, meal preparation, transportation, errands, and grocery shopping. As well as cleaning the clients bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and other living spaces the client uses. Personal assistant task, which may include pet care, watering houseplants, scheduling appointments, organizing calendar, and other similar tasks.

Hour Pay Rate based on qualifications and experience level.

Job Requirements:

Completion of at least 40 hours of Home Health Aide training courses with a Home Care Agency

Passing the Home Health Aide knowledge test

Certification of hands-on Personal Care and other HHA skills by a Registered Nurse

Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check

CPR/FIRST AID (or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire - we pay for your renewal)

At least three years of experience working in home care or a facility serving seniors.
