High Rise Order Picker - Evenings/Nights - Rawlings Sporting Goods Company : Job Details

Starting Pay: $19.00 + $1.00 Shift Differential 2nd Shift: 3:45 p.m. - 2:15 a.m. Monday - Thursday General Overview: Safely operates a high-rise forklift to pick customer orders, verifies the accuracy of each order picked and transports the orders to the appropriate packing areas. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Filling and transporting of customer orders, using industrial lifts, working up to 25 feet in the air with a 5-point harness.
• Ensure each order is accurately picked in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
• May be assigned to various other areas or departments as needed to meet operational requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• High school degree or equivalent preferable.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as prints, orders, instructions.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as quantities and combined box counts. Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to adapt and change as business needs change daily.

• Will be required to hear warning horns, bells, alarms and oral instructions for safety purposes.
