JOB SUMMARY
The High School Registrar supports the school's operations with a primary focus on student enrollment, preparation of transcripts, and maintenance of student files.
MINIMAL ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Experience with children
Experience with Arizona School registration is a HUGE plus!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Thrive in a fast-paced, achievement-oriented learning environment
Strong data entry experience
Ability to handle a heavy workload efficiently, accurately, and with minimal supervision
Experience working with confidential records, preferably in an education environment
Shall have the ability to work and communicate effectively with the Community, Board, students, and staff members
OVERALL ESSENTIAL ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Previous experience with networking and server administration
Receives and screens telephone calls, visitors, and correspondence
Organizes and manages the registration of new and returning students
Manages records of current students and reports to the AZ Department of Education

2. Immunizations
3. Records Request
Primary responsibility is student files/record auditing
Manages student records software (Infinite Campus)
Coordinates student enrollments and withdrawal processes
Work with other support staff as part of the enrollment and registration process
Fulfills records requests from other schools
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS NEEDED
Bachelors degree or minimum of 3 years administrative experience
Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Proficiency in Google Workspace/GSuite/Google Docs
WORKDAY
8hr day (8:00am - 4:00pm) OR (8:30am - 4:30pm)
12-month - full calendar year
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee is required to:
a. Be able to work in front of a computer monitor several hours a day
b. Speak and articulate over the phone and in person
c. Lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
