Successful candidates will play a vital role in providing high-quality and inclusive education, creating an engaging atmosphere, and contributing significantly to the academic growth of our students with special needs.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging and challenging lessons in accordance with the Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and the school's curriculum.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students with diverse needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt and modify instructional materials for students with special needs.
• Employ various assessment strategies to gauge student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Collaborate proactively with colleagues to enhance and develop instructional practices within the special education department.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, supporting their academic and social-emotional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• State certification in Special Education.
• Proficient knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies and the ability to differentiate instruction for students with diverse needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students.

Experience:

• Previous teaching experience, especially in special education, is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with diverse teaching methodologies and the integration of technology in special education.
