Position Summary: The High Voltage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of high-voltage electrical and collector systems across MN8 Energy's renewable energy projects. This role ensures that all high-voltage systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently while adhering to industry standards and regulations. The Supervisor will lead a team of skilled technicians and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to maintain optimal performance

As the High Voltage Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise Lead and oversee the maintenance and operation of high-voltage and collector systems, including transformers, switchgear, and substations.
• Perform, lead, and oversee testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for high-voltage equipment.
• Ensure the timely response to system outages and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of high-voltage technicians, providing guidance on technical procedures and safety protocols.
• Review maintenance and repair test documentation. Provide feedback and follow-up actions, as needed.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is updated on industry best practices.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, including OSHA and NFPA 70E standards.
• Perform risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate hazards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system performance and integrate new technologies.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance reports.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on system performance and team productivity
• Travel 60%

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience in renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of high-voltage electrical systems and equipment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with energy storage and renewable energy systems is a plus
