Job Location : Pittsburgh,PA, USA
Objective
To manage daily responsibilities on diverse heavy/highway construction sites, encompassing a range of projects such as bridge construction, roadway work, tunnel rehabilitation, and various concrete works.
Responsibilities
+ Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other industry professionals.
+ Establish performance targets and deadlines for project tasks.
+ Strategize and execute construction processes for assigned projects.
+ Oversee staff activities and provide constructive feedback.
+ Track project progress and report updates.
+ Oversee inventory levels and order materials as needed.
+ Coordinate permits and inspections with local authorities.
+ Manage and submit timesheets for on-site staff.
+ Ensure the project site is kept clean, organized, and safe.
Requirements
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Solid understanding of basic accounting and business principles.
+ Effective communication and collaboration skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
+ Experience in heavy/highway construction projects.
+ Understanding of health and safety standards.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
