Hilton Beachfront Resort and Spa- Rooms Division Manager in Training Location: Hilton Head Island, SC, 29928 Job Description: The Hilton Beachfront Resort and Spa is seeking a Rooms Division Manager in Training to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the industry. This position will provide hands-on training in all aspects of the Rooms Division, including front desk operations, housekeeping, and guest services. Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations of the Rooms Division
- Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any guest issues.
- Assist in managing and training front desk staff.
- Assist in managing and training housekeeping staff.
- Assist in managing room inventory and availability.
- Assist in reviewing room rates and revenue.
- Assist in managing departmental budgets and expenses.
- Assist in managing departmental policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing departmental safety and security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Previous experience in Rooms Division operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
