We are a driver-oriented company in McAllen, TX, offering flexibility, great pay, and strong driver support.

What We Offer:

- Salary: $70K - $98K per year

- Weekly Pay: $1,400 - $1,900

- Miles: 3,000 - 4,000 per week (reset at home weekly)

- Dedicated Routes: Indiana, Kansas, and Missouri

Bonuses & Incentives:

- $500 anniversary bonus

- $50 DOT inspection bonus (no violations)

- $100 layover pay per day

- $.48 CPM flat rate + $.54 CPM bonus for 12K monthly miles

Requirements:

- Must be 21+ years old

- Minimum 18 months CDL Class A driving experience

- Clean record (No DUIs, drug convictions, or human trafficking convictions)
