WE WANT YOU!!! Auntie Anne's is seeking Shift Leaders to join our team at Oak Park Mall. MUST BE 18 years old or older.

Pay: Starting at:Shift Leader: $15.00-16.00 plus tips (tips average about $2 - 4 extra per hour)

THE REQUIREMENTS:- Organized and able to handle food products and receive deliveries- Excellent Guest Service standards and strong attention to detail- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills- Professional appearance- Food Handlers Certificate is a Plus, but not required

QUALIFICATIONS:Must possess the following traits: sense of urgency without rushing customers, positive attitude, teachable spirit, and outgoing personality. Must have dependable transportation available and be able to be readily contacted by phone. Must comply with state and federal age restrictions regulations regarding operations of equipment in the store.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE JOB:Must be able to perform the tasks outlined above; must be able to stand for long periods, work with agility, and occasionally work long hours; must be able to test products by taste, color, and smell; must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
