We are seeking a hands-on, servant minded HOA General Manager for a premier luxury neighborhood in Steamboat Springs. If you have extensive HOA Community Association management experience and strong leadership skills, then apply today!

HOA General Manager Responsibilities
  • Lead board and HOA meetings
  • Direct staff schedules and all office operations
  • Review and approve employee timesheets, payroll, etc.
  • Ability to monitor association budgets throughout the year
  • Oversee staff, vendors and suppliers
    • HOA General Manager Requirements
  • Community association and/or property management experience a plus
  • Leadership experience
  • Organizational, project & time management, and natural problem-solving skills
  • A hospitality mindset and the ability to build relationships to create an inviting space
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
