A growing healthcare network in New York City is actively seeking a Primary Care Provider for a promising opportunity at one of their practices in Queens. About the Opportunity

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:30am to 5pm
• Setting: Outpatient
• Patient volume: 12-15 patients per day
• EMR: eClinicalworks

• Conducting routine physical examinations and health assessments for adult patient population.
• Providing preventive care, including immunizations and screenings.
• Perform other duties, as needed

• 1+ years of applicable experience, will train the right candidate
• Bachelor's Degree
• One of the following NYS licensures: MD, DO
• Medicare / Medicaid Prescriber certification, preferred
• Solid assessment, clinical and documentation skills
• Patient oriented
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
• Must be Bilingual, Bengali Language
