General Summary & Scope: The Holiday Season Beauty Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional experiences for Ulta Beauty guests by engaging with them to determine their individual needs, conducting cashier tasks, maintaining overall store cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks. This position requires a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to communicate product knowledge. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink. Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by providing a guest-friendly environment, personalizing service to their needs, and recommending products and services. Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and assist with online orders. Participate in ongoing training to enable continuous professional development and drive sales performance. Job Qualifications: High school diploma is preferred. 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred. Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling. Working Conditions: Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift. Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shift. Continuous and/or frequent lifting, carrying, and/or moving up to 25 lbs. during shift.
