Carolina Caring is seeking a Home Care Caregiver to deliver personal care and home management tasks to clients eligible for Caregiver services under the direction of a licensed nurse, consistent with individualized plans of careThis is a PRN position with flexible days and hours to accommodate caregiver needs.Includes mileage reimbursement.RequirementsEducation:Must maintain CPR certification.Experience:One to two years' experience in Home Care, Hospice, or Home Health Care preferred.Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to make meaningful observations and complete required documentation.
• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with patients and their caregivers.
• Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team.
• Competency shall be demonstrated by passing competency and skills examination by a qualified licensed nurse.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Maintains current, unrestricted driver's license.
• Maintains minimum automobile liability insurance for duration of employment.
