Home Care ConciergeLocation | Department: LifeCricles PACE | MuskegonPay Starting at $15.74Overview:The Concierge performs non-certified, participant focused, non-clinical home care supports as directed by the interdisciplinary team. Services are often provided on a 1:1 basis and will be provided in the participant's home or in a contracted placement such as an Adult Foster Care, Assisted Living, or Skilled Nursing Facility.What you'll do* Provides 1: 1 supervision of assigned participants.* Facilitates diversional activities and re-direction when a participant may need it.* Conducts light home making, including dishes, sweeping, general tidying etc.* Prepares meals for participants when necessary.* Ride along with participants on the bus when needed.
