Home Care Recruiter - Ethical Search Professionals : Job Details

No Remote **Home Care Recruiter**

Full-time position. Salary plus Recruitment bonus plan. Hybrid remote.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs

* Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews

* Schedule interviews for all hiring managers

* Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly

* Hybrid remote. Some in office required

* Base salary plus recruitment bonus plan

**Requirements:**

* Minimum one year of healthcare recruiting

* COVID vaccination required

* Caregiver recruiting required

* Home care recruiting highly preferred

* Knowledge of federal and state employment laws

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Social Media Recruitment experience

* Experience attending events

* Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
