About Us: Happy Quest Home Care is a reputable and rapidly growing home care agency dedicated to delivering top-notch in-home care services to Tacoma and Pierce County residents. We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new branch in Tacoma, WA, and are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Home Care Services to lead and oversee our operations.

Role Overview: As the Director of Home Care Services, you will play a central role in the successful launch and continuous management of our new branch in Tacoma. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all facets of the agency's operations in Pierce County, including client intake, caregiver recruitment, payroll management, and schedule coordination

Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, knowledge of state and federal regulations governing home care services, proficiency in computer applications, including scheduling and payroll software.Compensation:
