Job Description

The Home Coordinator House 10 is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential home for individuals with developmental disabilities. This position is located in Appling, GA.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and train direct support staff

* Ensure the safety and well-being of residents

* Develop and implement individualized service plans

* Coordinate and schedule medical appointments

* Manage household budget and expenses

* Communicate with families, guardians, and other stakeholders

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

* Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role

* Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
