Requires driving to multiple patients' homes daily. Lic/Certs: Must be proficient with OASIS assessments, no exceptions. BLS, Registered Nurse License, Driver's License, Auto Insurance. Position: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health 13 week Home Health RN travel assignment Hospital in [CITY & STATE] is looking for a Home Health RN to help them out for 13 weeks. * Home health nursing experience is necessary. Must have a valid RN license in the state where they will be practicing and BLS certification.
