Home Health Scheduler - Windsor Home Health : Job Details

We are looking for an energetic Scheduler who will be responsible for scheduling and managing visit calendars for both nursing and therapy for Windsor Home Health, a division of Premier Therapy at our Girard, OH office.

You Will:

• Provide accurate schedule for all patients being seen by Windsor Home Health.
• Organize and schedule appointments.
• Interact with field clinicians, sales/marketing personnel, central intake, nurses and patients.
• Work with patients, patient representatives, physicians and clinical leaders to resolve issues related to scheduling patients under Medicare quidelines and/or guidelines of our contracts with payers.
• Answer phones, screen calls, take messages, etc.

What We Need from You:

• A commitment to helping our home health patients remain comfortable, at home.
• Minimum of two years' experience in clerical office..
• Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to multi-task and problem solve in an environment with frequently changing priorities and short deadlines.
• Effective organizational, time management and planning skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task.
