  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
  • Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve speech, language, and swallowing function.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education on speech and swallowing exercises, techniques, and strategies.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and progress reports.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a home health or independent setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of speech and swallowing disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
